A Moderation Chairman’s job is to:
- Oversee the entirety of moderation.
- Pick, train and manage the head moderators.
- Work on improving the moderation.
- Work on improving the moderation disputes.
- Solve disputes between moderators.
- Manage and oversee disputes (False bans, warnings, etc.).
- Recruit new moderators.
- Assign and oversee head moderators overseeing regular moderators and their behavior.
- Consult moderationn with other managers and excecutives, act as a representative.

14 Years of Age or older.

A very good understanding of English. You need to be able to understand others and others to understand you.

Basic experience of entity leadership.

Experience with noting down activity.

Being able to discuss and present your ideas.

Knowledge on reporting your progress and monitoring it.

Maturity.
-
Active on almost everyday basis.

Being able to lead a huge team.

Being sincere.

Have a lot of experience with moderation.

Have experience with solving moderation disputes.

Basic knowledge on how to script.

Being able to use DevForum.

Having experience in leading an entity.

Having a very good reputation.
