Reword the "How to use Flags" topic

In the pinned post about Flags in this category, I saw this:

My issue is that the current wording of this section makes people feel like they’re in trouble for having their posts flagged and getting a warning.
The DevEngagementTeam has told to me numerous times that I shouldn’t really worry as warnings do not affect my account negatively, but the wording in that post makes it seem otherwise, and kinda passive aggressive.

Flags can lead to actual punishment. It mentions how most of the time you just need to take their feedback and improve future posts, so I think it’s clear enough.

But it sounds like every warning on your account is bad and the wording seems like if a warning was the end of the world or something.

It just says to follow the instructions on it if you receive a feedback message. Not sure how that can be interpreted as the “end of the world”.

Well, not really “the end of the world”, but “you’re in trouble for receiving a single warning”.

The post “calms down” on the second paragraph so it is fine. I can’t see this being interpreted as something any more serious.

How does it “calm down”?
Also, this post really seems like the line “We will terminate your account if you do not abide by the rules” in Roblox warnings. It was later removed, so I don’t see why isn’t this reworded.

Does it really matter to someone that doesn’t frequently get feedbacks? Heck, even I get feedback every now and then but I don’t mind how that post is worded.

There is nothing wrong with it, it doesn’t need to get changed.

And, depending on context a more serious violation but not enough to completely suspend you from forum (like profanity in a public section) would surely require feedback, so the post needs to be written the way it is for those posts.

The post is fine, it doesn’t need to be changed, it isn’t “passive aggressive”
