Rich Text is removed from the "Text to translate" key

Currently, any Rich Text tag is stripped before a translation.

For example, if a word in the translation key contains Rich Text tags…
Translation Portal <b>Test</b>

… the “Text to translate” key will be without the tags:

Expected behavior

Roblox should allow Rich Text to be PRESERVED in the “Text to Translate” key:

This would facilitate the identification of tags for a translation, even when it is automatic (e.g. Google Translate).

For example, the translation into Portuguese would look like this:
