Rich Text Problem

I’ve been having an issue with rich text that for some users it’s normal and formatted, but for others its this whole rich text code

Example of my chat UI:

As you see, Aurora has the rich text code. And me, having the normal formatted one

Any idea what could cause this?

I don’t think it works in chat.
