Appeal Department Introduction/Regulations:
Welcome to the Appeals Department, in this document I will be explaining a guide on “how” to be an Appeal Staff! Make sure to read everything in the document, as EVERYTHING is important!
Appeal Department Guidelines:
- You must listen to any rank higher than you unless they ask you to break the rules.
- As Trial Appeal Staff, the appeals you reviewed must be reviewed by another Trial Appeal Staff+, so you are two people to review it!
- Make sure to do a background check on the person who is appealing or the person who has been reported!
- You must deny any appeals that bypassed the appeal cooldown on 7 days.
- You must finish your quota unless there hasn’t been something to do.
- Do not have conversations in tickets, use DMs instead! This prevents the ticket to be flooded.
- Denying an appeal just because you dislike the person will get you terminated in Richwood & blacklisted from the appeals department.
- Accepting appeals when a user was punished for Violations ROBLOX ToS, will result in a strike.
- Reports & appeals must be dealt with within 24 hours after claim!
Appeal Department Chain of Command:
Overseer of Appeals:
This is the user that oversees the Appeals Department, if there are any problems with the Director of Appeals, you may contact the overseer.
Director of Appeals:
The user who leads the Appeal Department & Answer questions about the department
Deputy Director of Appeals:
The user who leads the Appeal Department with the Director & Answer questions about the department.
Head of Trials:
The user who oversees the Trial Appeal Staffs & helps them out if there are any problems.
Appeal Manager:
Answer questions, review reports & appeals, making sure every appeal staff does their job.
Appeal Assistant Manager:
Answer questions, review reports & appeals, making sure every appeal staff does their job.
Experienced Appeal Staff:
Answer questions, review reports & appeals.
Senior Appeal Staff:
Answer questions, review reports & appeals.
Junior Appeal Staff:
Review reports & appeals.
Appeal Staff:

Trial Appeal Staff:
Review reports & appeals on a trial, trial agents are dealing with reports & appeals together.
How can review specify ranks:
Deputy Director of Appeals - Overseer of Appeals:
Can review Chief Operating Officer - Chief Executive Board appeals & reports, they must be 2 people to review it!
Appeal Assistant Manager - Appeal Manager:
Can review Board of Trustees - Chief of Staff appeals & reports, they must be 2 people to review it!
Senior Appeal Staff - Experienced Appeal Staff:
Can review Prison Warden - Prison Council appeals & reports, they must be 2 people to review it!
Trial Appeal Staff - Junior Appeal Staff:
Can review Prisoner - Assistant Warden appeals & reports, they must be 2 people to review it!

How to review appeals:
When reviewing appeals, start by checking their rank & check if you are allowed to deal with them. If you are allowed to deal with the appeal, check if the format was followed. If the user who appeals doesn’t use the format, it would automatically be denied. Now check if the user is on appeal CD appeals CD is on 7 days. If the user followed the format & ain’t on CD, do a full background check on the user. Check following:
- Does the user have any previous punishments?
- Have the user made a violation of the same violation before?
- Has the user been punished for minor or major violations?
- Has the user ever made violations of ROBLOX ToS?
- Is the user bypassing a punishment?
It’s important to check for those things, this says much about if the user would make violations of our guidelines again! If the user has bypassed punishments, made violations of ROBLOX ToS, exploited, or multiple violations of the same violation, then you may deny the appeal. If the user was punished multiple times, with minor punishment, you may check how often they’ve been punished. If they’re punished often, deny the appeal, if they ain’t punished often give them a chance more & accept their appeal. If a user made Major Violations twice, there must go 4 months between the violations before you can accept. After denying or accepting an appeal, you would have to log in the appeals server with a screenshot of the ticket.
