Richwood Prison | Shift Patrol Guide

Information:

  • SI+ can (co-)host patrols.
  • Prison Council+ can supervise
  • Only SI-PD are required to have a supervisor.
  • Only 5 spectators allowed maximum.
  • Once done with the patrol, delete your session and log on the intel server.
  • Supervisors have to give a grade of 0-10 to the host based on their patrol.
  • At least 4 attendees are required in order for the patrol to begin.
  • Only 1 co-host and 1 supervisor is allowed for patrols.
  • Do not partner up people if there are under 6 attendees.
  • The maximum you can promote is 3 people.
  • Only Deputy Warden & below can be promoted in promotional shift patrols.

Getting Attendees:

Host/Co-Host: h The patrol hosted by [Host] and [Co-Host] is now LOCKED. Please refrain from going into the session room at this time unless given permission from a Prison Director+.

  • The Host or Co-Host will lock the session room, by using the command “ srlock ” in the chat or command console.
  • It’s important that you one of you count all the attendees & share it with each other.

Introduction:

Host:: Hello, welcome to today's patrol! My name is [Username] and I will be your host for this session. My co-host will now introduce themselves.

Co-Host: Hello, my name is [Username] and I will be your co-host for this session. We may now begin.

Host: Before we start this patrol, my co-host and I will be going over some important rules you must know in order to pass this session.

Host: I | Remember grammar is required at all times throughout this patrol. Failure to use grammar may result in a strike or removal from the session.

Host: II | Make sure you are respecting all hosts, co-hosts, and staff members in Richwood Correctional Facility. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a strike or removal from the session.

Host: III | You must obey all orders from higher ranks (PW+). If you are needing assistance, you may come to me, my co-host, or any Prison Warden+ for help.

Host: IV | Dancing during this patrol or when on-duty as a staff member here at Richwood, is strictly prohibited and can result in a removal from this session or worse.

Host: V | If you reach a maximum of 3 strikes during this patrol, you will be removed from this session and accordingly punished.

Host: VI | Going AFK during this session is not allowed and doing so will result in a removal from this session. If you would like to go AFK, please ask me or my co-host.

Host: VII | If me or my co-host approved you to go AFK, you are responsible for going away from your keyboard in the red boxes that are located on the sides of you.

Host: VII | If you have a question, please use “PTS” and wait for me or my co-host to call on you.

Co-Host: Are all the rules understood?

Everyone is required to say if they understood the rules or not. If someone doesn’t respond, they are subject to a strike.

Partners & Roles:

Host: This patrol consists of important factors such as teamwork, communication, cooperation, coordination, and effort.

Host: Each one of you will receive a “partner”. You are expected to be with this person throughout the session and patrol with them.

Host: My co-host will now start teaming people up. Please remember your partner as you will be with them for the rest of the patrol. Once you have your partner, please stand next to each other and face each other.

The co-host will now start partnering people up. They are responsible for sending the host a list of all the teams.

Co-Host: Thank you to everyone for the beautiful cooperation. Please keep facing your partner.

Host: We will now explain roles. Each team will be given a role, with that role you are to do its responsibilities.

Host: PATROL - This team is responsible for going around the prison and following the status. Alongside, keeping all inmates at their rightful location and keeping the prison safe.

Host: GUARD - This team is responsible for guarding one or two posts throughout their patrol. You may choose which area of the prison you would like to guard.

Host: TECHNICIAN - This team is responsible for communicating on the radio the most and providing updates on the prison. Also responsible for managing the control center.

Host: Captain/Vice Captain - This team is responsible for managing all other teams and keeping the prison in check. One person in the team will be the captain while the other will be vice cap.

Co-Host: Are all the roles understood?

Everyone is required to say if they understood the roles or not. If someone doesn’t respond, they are subject to a strike.

Host: My co-host will now hand out the roles. Please remember your roles as you will need it throughout this patrol.

The co-host will now start handing roles to EVERY two people.

Co-Host: Beautiful, everyone may face forward again.

Host: Does anyone have any last questions before we start?

The host will unlock the session room by using the “srlock” command.

Ending Session:

The co-host and host are required to get a list of at least 3 noted workers, 1 hardest working team, and 1 hardest working role for their shift. .**

Host/Co-Host: h May all attendees from [Host] and [Co-Hosts] patrol please return back to the Session Room. Thank you. [FIRST CALL]

Host: Greetings, please stand next to your partner and STS with everyone else upon the blue lines.

Host: Everyone did a great job throughout today's patrol, however, there were a few people that stook out the most to us.

Co-Host: The host and I have decided 3 noted workers, 1 hardest working team, and 1 hardest working role. Please do not feel discouraged if you did not get chosen as you will always have room to improve for next time!

Host: Before we announce it, let’s take a picture.

Host: Once me or my co-host calls your username, please step forward slightly from your current position.

Host or co-host will say the three noted workers they chose.

The host and co-host will now take a separate picture with the noted workers.

Host: I want to thank all attendees for participating in my patrol. Everyone did great and I look to see you guys attending another one of my patrols in the future!
