Richwood Prison | Training Guide

Information:

  • Prison Director+ can host training sessions…
  • Superintendent can co-host training sessions.
  • Prison Warden+ can spectate training sessions…
  • Prison Council+ can supervise training sessions.
  • Only Prison Directors are required to have a supervisor.
  • Only 2 spectators allowed maximum.
  • Once done with the training, delete your session and log on the intel server.
  • Supervisors have to give a grade of 0-10 to the host based on their training.
  • At least 5 attendees are required in order for the training to begin.
  • Only 2 co-hosts and 1 supervisor are allowed for trainings.
  • The maximum you can promote is 2-6 people.
  • Prison Directors must have a co-host.
  • Only Chief Inspector and under can get promoted from training.

The host/co-host will lock the session room by using the srlock command.
The co-host will now count the amount of attendees and send it to the host.
Use the name (username) Strike # (reason) command if they did something wrong.

Host: Hello, welcome to today’s training! My name is [Username] and my rank here at Richwood Prison is [Rank]. I will be your host for this session. My co-hosts will now introduce themselves.

Co-Host: Hello, my name is [Username] and my rank here at Richwood Prison is [Rank]. I will be your co-host for this session. We may now begin.

Host: Before we start this training, my co-hosts and I will be going over some important rules you must know in order to pass this session.

Host: I | Remember grammar is required at all times throughout this training. Failure to use grammar may result in a strike or removal from the session.

Host: II | Make sure you are respecting all hosts, co-hosts, and staff members in Richwood Correctional Facility. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a strike or removal from the session.

Host: III | You must obey all orders from higher ranks (PW+). If you are needing assistance, you may come to me, my co-host, or any Prison Warden+ for help.

Host: IV | Dancing during this training or when on-duty as a staff member here at Richwood, is strictly prohibited and can result in a removal from this session or worse.

Host: V | If you reach a maximum of 5 strikes during this training, you will be removed from this session and accordingly punished.

Host: VI | Going AFK during this session is not allowed and doing so will result in a removal from this session. If you would like to go AFK, please ask me or my co-host.

Host: VII | If me or my co-host approved you to go AFK, you are responsible for going away from your keyboard in the red boxes that are located on the sides of you.

Host: VII | If you have a question, please use “PTS” and wait for me or my co-host to call on you.

Co-Host: Are all the rules understood?

Host: This training consists of eight parts. This includes the introduction, information,faces, shooting, reactions, scenarios, and the conclusion.

Co-Host: Please note only Chief Inspector and under can get promoted from these trainings.

Host: We will now be moving onto the second section of this training, or also known as the information segment.

Host: My co-host and I will be going over general rules and regulations around Richwood Prison that you must remember in order to pass this training.

Co-Host: Each one of you will be quizzed afterward to make sure you understand the concept.

Host: As a staff member here in Richwood, all Senior Field Officers and above are required to use grammar when on and off duty in the game.

Host: You must show all respect to other ranks, even if they are a higher or lower rank than you.

Host: When the status is CB, make sure not to force inmates into cells. Prisoners are free to roam around the cell block. They may only be brought into a cell if they are causing harm.

Host: Make sure to keep all CB doors open unless a lockdown is happening.

Host: When the status is showers, make sure to bring all inmates to the showers downstairs near the CB. Do NOT force inmates into chamber showers.

Host: Using the boombox, trolling, or dancing whenever on duty as a staff member is strictly prohibited and can result in a punishment.

Host: Being AFK in game for more than five minutes will result from a kick from the game.

Host: Officers are NOT allowed to enter the railway without permissions from Prison Director+. And only Superintendent+ can enter the railway with a proper reason.

Host: We will now be moving onto the third section of this training, or also known as the faces segment.

Host: My co-host and I will be explaining how to perform turn commands and what each turn
Means.

Co-Host: Please listen carefully as we explain each face, please do NOT do it yet.

The host/co-host has to physically show them how to perform the turns.

Host: Right Turn - Turn 90 degrees to your right.

Host: Left Turn - Turn 90 degrees to your left.

Host: About Turn - Turn 180 degrees to face the opposite side from your current position.

Host: Center Turn - Turn to face the direction of your host.

Host: Left incline - Turn 45 degrees to your left.

Host: Right incline - Turn 45 degrees to your right.

Everyone is required to say if they understood the faces or not. If someone doesn’t respond, they are subject to a strike.

Host: Wonderful, we shall now begin to test you.

Host: When you hear us say the face, do the appropriate turn in order to pass.

The host shall test the attendees for at least 3 minutes variating between different face commands.

While announcing the turns you should give a strike and sit anyone who turns in an incorrect direction TWICE.

Co Host: Well done everyone for your efforts, those who are seated, may stand up again.

Host: That is to conclude the third section of this training, if you have received a total of five strikes so far, please step up.

The host/co-host will remove any attendees who have reached 5 strikes so far.

Host: We will now be moving onto the fourth section of this training, or also known as the shooting segment.

Host: During this section, you are to only use your M9.

Host: In this section, you will be tested on your shooting and aiming ability in-game.

Host: Shooting practice will consist of three levels, my co-host and I will be going over each one in a moment.

Host: Level 1 - During this level, you will have to eliminate the target on the opposite side of the room to you walking back and forth. You will have 30 seconds to complete this level.

Host: Level 2 - During this level, you will have to eliminate the target on the opposite side of the room to you sprinting back and forth. You have 45 seconds to complete this level.

Host: Level 3 - During this level, you will have to eliminate the target on the opposite side of the room to you sprinting/jumping back and forth. You have 60 seconds to complete this level.

Co Host: If you do not complete all the levels within the set time, you will receive a strike.

Everyone is required to say if they understood the levels or not. If someone doesn’t respond, they are subject to a strike.

You should now team someone (Helper, supervisor, spectator, or co-host.) inmate and place them on the right side of the SR as they will be the target.

*The ATTENDEES shall be shoulder to shoulder on the left of the SR. You should now call ONE attendee up at a time to the yellow line in order for them to begin their levels. *

IMPORTANT: After saying “Fire.” you are to use the “countdown (SECONDS)” command. Phase 1 - “Countdown 30” Phase 2 - “Countdown 45” Phase 3 - “Countdown 60”

Host: Prepare.

Host: Aim.

Host: Fire.

If an attendee starts firing before you finish the shooting commands, you are required to give them a strike.

Once an attendee finishes their levels, they should STS SEPARATELY to the attendees who are yet to complete their levels.

Once everyone has completed their levels and they are shoulder-to-shoulder:

Host: That is to conclude the fourth section of this training, if you have received a total of five strikes so far, please step up.

The host/co-host will remove any attendees who have reached 5 strikes so far.

Host: We will now be moving onto the fifth section of this training, or also known as the reactions segment.

Host: During this section we will be teaching and testing you on basic movements.

Host: My co-host and I will be explaining how to perform each movement.

Co Host: CTRL - Crouch

Co Host: Left shift - Sprint

Co Host: F - Left hook

Co Host: G - Right hook

Co Host: H - Uppercut

Co Host: Space bar - Jump

Co Host: Also, to spin you would need to zoom into first person and rotate your mouse.

Everyone is required to say if they understood the reactions or not. If someone doesn’t respond, they are subject to a strike.

Host: My Co host and I will now test you on movement combinations.

If an attendee gets 3 or more combinations incorrect, you are required to give them a strike.

Host: Jump and crouch.

Host: Crouch and uppercut.

Host: Right hook and jump.

Host: Left hook then uppercut.

Host: Right hook then left hook.

Host: Crouch and spin.

Host: Spin and jump for 5 seconds.

Host: Jump and uppercut.

All of the attendees shall now be shoulder-to-shoulder.

Host: Alright, we will now be moving on to hand-to-hand combat.

Host: You will be using your skills you have learnt so far in order to pass this section.

Host: When we call you up, please wait patiently in front of your opponent in one of the two boxes behind me.

You can now call them up two at a time to begin their one on one combat.

The Host and Co host will be the attendees opponents.

You may use both boxes at a time, if an attendee is eliminated, they shall be brought back to the Session room.

If an attendee leaves the box or uses a firearm during their one on one combat, you are required to give them a strike.

Host: That is to conclude the fifth section of this training, if you have received a total of five strikes so far, please step up.

The host/co-host will remove any attendees who have reached 5 strikes so far.

Host: We will now be moving onto the sixth and final section of this training, or also known as the scenarios segment.

Host: During this section we will be testing you to see how you would respond in different scenarios.

Host: When a Prisoner walks up to you and starts shooting you, you need to know the correct thing to do. In this case, you would either shoot them back or cuff them.

Host: There are multiple scenarios that someone could be breaking the rules or doing something bad, of which you need to be able to be ready for all of them

Host: During the test, please do not kill, cuff, tase, punch or use your baton on them. Please just pull out the weapon that you would use. This will make this process much faster, and smoother.

Host: When you are teleported, be ready to pull out the weapon that you would use in the scenario. It is very important that it is pulled out fast, as you could be dead in seconds.

At this time, the Co-Host will be in the square and the host will teleport the trainees one by one. When the trainee gets there, pull out a weapon and see what the trainee does.
If it is the correct action, then they have passed and you can give them a point. Then, tell them to go stand on the other lines. Then the host will teleport the next person, etc.
