Rig body parts in animation editor not moving or rotating

So I have put together a custom rig from the toolbox (just combined different models together) and created a monster for my game, after editing the rig in Rig Editor and creating joins I tried putting the model into the Roblox built in animation editor and also moon animator yet neither of them do anything when I try to edit a bodyparts position or rotation, except for the head.

Did you try checking if the parts are unanchored?
