Rig flips over onto its head

I am trying to make a werewolf rig to act as a monster for a game. While the rig itself works fine and can be animated, when I run the game, it flips over onto its head.

(Note: It’s not supposed to be moving either)
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Did you manually insert a humanoidrootpart into the rig (if yes, did you make sure it’s top is facing top and forwards is facing the same way the werewolf is?), and did you set the humanoid hip height properly?

Turns out the humanoidrootpart was rotated incorrectly, thank you! I also double checked the HipHeight, so everything should definitely be fine with that (Although HipHeight is so confusing, so I can’t be sure lol). However, now it’s just…floating while rotated at an angle:

Am I still missing something or is my rig just defective?
(Also, sorry for the late reply.)

all good I take a bit to reply as well–probably messy collisions, make sure only main things like legs, body, arms and head have collisions on, and make sure you set model mainpart to humanoidrootpart (probably won’t help but a good reminder). As for hip height ( the reason it floats) you can test it quickly by running the game then watching the hip height change live as you make edits to it, however it won’t save when you stop so make sure to remember the number you found ideal. If you still could not figure out why it’s still oddly rotated then you could give me the file (of just the model) for me to look into.
