Rig normal map behaving oddly


I noticed when there is a light shining at my character model, from the opposite direction, there will be these sharp white fragments that appear on the dress. e.g: the flashlight is shining at its face, and this is the back-view. If the flashlight shines on its back, these shards don’t appear.

I’ve narrowed this down to being an issue with the normal map, but I talked to my modeler about it and he says he didn’t see anything on the texture itself

Is there anything I can to do to smoothen these anomalies out a bit? Might just be the Roblox shaders being weird, but it kind of sticks out a tad nonetheless.
