Rig not being able to move

Hello, i’ve not made a custom rig in a while and have been meeting this issue with one i just made; It’s barely able to move if not in the air.

Does anyone know how i could fix that? I wonder if it’s because the plugin i’m using for rigging is outdated.

Pretty sure it has to have parts called RightLeg and LeftLeg to work properly.

They seem to be named properly from what i’m seeing.
