Rig not compatible to Moon Animator?

So. Here is my story, I am a developer with multiple skills, and one of my skills is rigging. Recently, my friend wanted to animate my rig, but my rig was only compatible with the default Roblox animator, but she uses Moon Animator, and my rig was not compatible with Moon Animator for some reason.

So, I tried deleting all motor6ds in the rig and rerigging it, but it still doesn’t work. I am not familiar with moon animator, so I honestly do not know what to do. Please help, I need the animation done to finish my script. Thanks.

Set the PrimaryPart to “HumanoidRootPart”
before using the rig
