Right to Erasure Problem

So I’ve apparently today been hit with a Right to Erasure request from Roblox asking to take down a specific t-shirt that’s in a game I have on my account. However when I inspected the game map to see if this was anywhere in the game, it wasn’t there. So I’m a little panicked that I could be losing my Roblox account simply by not taking action on something that I cannot find anywhere in this game. What should I do?

The T-Shirt in question is this: flamengo-papel-de-parede-7 - Roblox

The game that it claims this t-shirt is on: Play Zone - Roblox

AFAIK, Right of Erasure isn’t applicable for that sort of thing, as it’s only applicable for deleting identifiable data.

Are you able to post a screenshot of the message?

Contact them and tell them that after inspecting the whole game, there were no T-Shirts inside it, and then ask them to re-check the game they’re refering to.

Just now being alerted about these replies. Here’s a screenshot of that:

The asset id of the shirt you mentioned is 149552973, while the user id in the screenshot is 139552972.

Note that asset ids are different from user ids, and hence a user can have the same ID as an asset.

You need to delete the data of the user with id 139552972 from any datastores in your game.

That’s the thing, I don’t recall ever accessing datastores for any game on Roblox. So I’m unsure how I’d be able to look that up.

If the mentioned game doesn’t have any data saved, then you can just disregard the notice.
