I received a message to erase a user’s data from one of my old game. It doesn’t have a datastore set up so no worries there, but there’s a badge awarder. I checked the UserId if it still have the badge and it does. I searched around and saw a comment made that badges cannot be revoked, like it can only be awarded, and it’s the player’s responsibility to remove it from their profile if they like. Is this correct? I should just ignore since I can’t do anything about it?
Yes that is correct, only players can remove badges from their account.
Right to erasure at its finest, why roblox don’t insta wipe all profile data instantly right after ‘‘this’’ user delete their account?
