My rights manager is currently broken, new claims do not show up for me, despite me having many claims this year they do not show up at all and I cannot find new claims after the date shown in the image below.
Can we get more information about this bug? Because I can’t reproduce it. Just an hour ago, I submitted 2 removal requests through Rights Manager, both went through, and they are visible and working.
This report is lacking most of the important steps to be considered a proper bug report, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets closed.
It seems to be broken only for me, possibly because a beta or A/B test.
Edit: you can also clearly see I have a different version of the rights manager where it doesn’t show claims the same way as you do numbered.
I had also joined that beta test group; a Roblox Staff invited me because I showed interest. The “Claims” feature is actually enabled on my account—in fact, this is that account. I had just submitted the requests from my UGC account. It was good that you specifically pointed this out. However, I still can’t reproduce your issue.
The ones you just sent might stay a bit lower in the list, but they’re still there.
