Starting somewhere around this week, submitting a Rights Manager claim results in a ‘Loading Circle’ status. Reloading the page changes this status into a yellow Error status. Contrary to this Error status, a confirmation email gets sent saying the claim was received.

hey dvd, these were because Rights Manager was missed when group bundles was launched. We shipped a fix this morning, please try these again.
I can see how the confirmation email can be confusing, we will fix it so that if there are no successes it wont send an email to you confirming the claim. Thanks for reporting, appreciate it!
