Rights Manager: Submitting a Request Fails, but Submits Duplicates

Issue:
Submitting a normal asset takedown request through the Rights Manager yields this error:

After pressing try again, it duplicates the request which appears in “My Removal Requests,” but states that there are 0 pending. Status sections says “Automatically escalated to Roblox.” I have provided a picture of duplicate reports in Private Content section.

Each request also has a different amount of items, even though they are all supposedly the same request. My original request had 129 items. The duplicate requests have 76-79 items each.

Yeah its happened to me, My Rights Manager Portal has disabled due to this situtation.

1The duplicate requests are still visible in my Rights Manager. Is this intentional?

Yeah, the bug causing the failed submissions was fixed going forward. Please submit a new removal request with the same information and let me know if there’s a problem. Sorry about this, these failures happen rarely and we’re working to minimize them further.
