Issue:
Submitting a normal asset takedown request through the Rights Manager yields this error:
After pressing try again, it duplicates the request which appears in “My Removal Requests,” but states that there are 0 pending. Status sections says “Automatically escalated to Roblox.” I have provided a picture of duplicate reports in Private Content section.
Each request also has a different amount of items, even though they are all supposedly the same request. My original request had 129 items. The duplicate requests have 76-79 items each.
Yeah, the bug causing the failed submissions was fixed going forward. Please submit a new removal request with the same information and let me know if there’s a problem. Sorry about this, these failures happen rarely and we’re working to minimize them further.
