Go to your Rights Manager home page, observe there are likely 2+ partial requests for the same thing; interestingly, the status of these requests says “Error” - unclear if this means they were not actually submitted or I am hitting another throttling issue
I now have 4 nearly identical partial requests for the same things.
I think you need to wait a bit because you’ll already observe that the status says “Error.” This happens to all requested claims regardless of size, but if you give it some time, it fixes itself—at least, that’s what happened to me. For instance, by now, these requests should already be completed, as that error status is just a short-term issue that appears right after submission. And I think the waiting time also depends on the size of your report.
I don’t know the reason behind it, but it might have been looked into. Could you verify if the case is like this? Because I initially had the same confusion as you, but I realized it was just temporary. My report, however, contained significantly less content, but even I had to wait a bit longer.
Also, due to this bug, don’t submit the same report multiple times, as it could be a reason you can’t use the Rights Manager in the future.
