(Rights Manager) Unable to file a new removal request

After a recent update with the creator hub (The New Group update), the Rights Manager has started refreshing the page back to /accounts instead of /accounts/cases as it used to, causing the outcome of being unable to file new requests of removal.

Browser Information is apparently unrelated as I am unable to access it across any of the browsers I’ve tried, including Safari (iPhone 13) and Firefox 125 (Windows 11).

Hi, sorry we missed this. I think this was resolved, accounts should redirect to removal requests
