Rising Inc Security Handbook

Rising Inc. Security HandBook

Welcome to Rising Security. This document is the official handbook which all members are expected to have read, understood, and follow at all times. Consequences for breaking the rules listed here may result in punishments ranging from brig detainment, to a group demotion or exile at any High Rank’s discretion. Please be mindful of these before going on duty as a security member.

Basic Rules

  • Follow the Roblox Community Guidelines at all times.
  • We are not at “war” with any other Sci-fi or security groups, so please show respect towards them.
  • Be respectful to other players. Do not harass, demean, or threaten anyone, regardless of who they are. Everyone is here to have fun, and it can only be this way if you choose to cooperate.
  • Exploiting or using exploitative glitches will result in an exile.
  • Protecting the interests of Rising Inc above all including protecting our games and reporting bad behaviour.

Going on Duty

To go on duty as a Security member, select “Security” in the Team Select menu, and equip any gear from the armory room (if available).

Members ranked Guardian or above are required to wear the OFFICIAL uniform whilst on duty. More information can be found in the Promotions section.

As a security member, you will be required to defend the base as well as personnel, visitors and fellow security from hostile threats and disasters at all costs. As you progress in rank, more tools will be made available to you in order to accomplish this mission.

Those who have earned the rank of Guardian may use the handcuff tool in order to detain someone who attempts to threaten the base. For instance, turning off the oxygen in the Submarine during a leak. You must provide one warning before detaining someone.

Security members ranked Sentinel or above have access to lethal weaponry. These weapons may ONLY be used in the case that someone resists detainment, has already been detained and continues doing the same action, is on the Hostile team, and/or is armed and actively threatening the crew. A warning does not need to be provided.

Do not abuse any tools that are given to you.
Using these on members for random or false reasons will result in the tools being removed, as well as additional punishment if deemed necessary.

If you want to report rule-breaking, please contact a Rising Inc. Security HR.
