Introduction

Greetings, fellow HR members. And congratulations if you just promoted to HR. This handbook contains all of the important information that you need to know during the shifts.


Expectations

Since you are an HR member, we expect a lot of things. We expect you to:

  • Use a proper grammar
  • Follow our rules
  • Supervise lower ranks if they are working correctly
  • Host at least one session per week
  • Be active
  • Be professional
  • Help lower ranks
  • Make guests happy
  • Help us growing by a successful group

Dealing with Trollers

This part will be mostly hard for HR members. We have some tips:

  • Give them 3 warnings first before kicking them
  • If trollers started bypassing or major spamming, you may kick them instantly and call for HR+
  • If a troller got kicked 3 times, take a screenshot of logs and call for HR+
  • Do not troll back or be rude to a troller, this won’t help this situation and will result in a punishment

Suspensions/Demotions

You can be suspended or demoted if you fail to follow our rules.
If you think the punishment issued to you is unfair, you can appeal it by contacting an SHR.
