Hi there! We are Team Ro-Island, a small upcoming game development team. We’re looking for Builders,Composers,Programmers and Environmental Designers who are willing to join our team and work with us on our new game, Ro-Island!

Payment

We are paying In % our Developers, and here are th payments:

  • Programmer: 40%
  • Director: 25%

You won’t regret joining, unless you have no idea what you’re doing. I recommend applying for a position. Personally, I have found the team enjoyable to work with, and if you need support or clearance for anything, just ask a fellow developer in our group, and we’ll get straight to work.

How much is the rest getting paid?
Also, Composer and UI Designer should be one time pay, not percentage.
