These members have earned their titles by being noticed in servers doing absolute roleplay. These users are awarded discord perks and in-game perks which other users will not receive.
Non-Certified (N/C)
These are team-members who have not yet under-went their department training therefore, are not eligible to begin their duties in their department. Users who are found to begin their duties while not being certified will result in separation.
Team-Member
These individuals are official team-members of a specific department (Guest Relations, Security, Aquatics, Merchandise, First Aid).
Team-Leader
These are more experienced team-members. These users will be the first ones to to have the ability to apply for Leadership Roles in their department before anyone else. Team-Leaders will also help their leadership team train team-members in their roles.
Assistant Supervisor
Assistant Supervisors are the first form of Leadership in the park. They will oversee a specific area of the park assigned by their supervisor for the period of their shift and oversee the team-members assigned to them by their supervisor. Assistant Supervisors do have the ability to document team-members for misconduct or performance malfunctions.
Supervisor
Supervisors are usually the highest ranking leadership member for a department. Supervisors will assign assistant supervisors to a specific area for the duration of the shift at the park. Supervisors will oversee both team-members and assistant supervisors in their roles and document members for misconduct or performance malfunctions. Supervisors are also responsible for helping the Department Leader hire Assistant Supervisors & the training of team-members.
Department-Leader
Department Leaders are the highest ranking leadership members in the department. They operate the department based on their policies and enforce policies and rules handed down by Corporate. Department Leaders are responsible for the hiring of leadership members and overseeing performance in the department.
Area Supervisor
Area Supervisors are the first form of Park Leadership. They oversee all functions of the day to day operations and ensure there is supervison and leadership in every area of the park. Area Supervisors may also step in to resolve conflict between guests in the park and ensure all team-members are in their proper form of uniform and every shift is fully operational. Area Supervisors will also oversee weather conditions to ensure park safety for all guest and team-members and will assist in closing attractions when necessary.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible operations of the park. They oversee the “operations” department(s) and ensure each department is functioning as needed. When problems arise, the operations manager may step in to intervene or notify the department leader that action should be taken. Operation Managers will also be seen overseeing attractions and safety and ensuring that all attractions are operating smoothly.
General Manager
The General Manager or (GM) is responsible for overseeing all park operations day to day. The General Manager sets the standard of how the park is operated each day while enforcing and following policies set down by Corporate. The General Manager is responsible to ensure every department is functioning properly. The General Manager is the last form of Leadership before the Corporate Level.
Corporate Officer
Corporate Officers are a standard-regular member of Corporate. These members do the the behind the work scenes of hiring, recruiting and training new-hires and any other roles the individual corporate member takes on. They are also responsible for visiting the park once in awhile and making a presence to ensure the park is operating to the corporate standard. If the park is not operating to the standard, the Corporate Officer will report it to their supervisors.
Chief Officer
Chief Officers are officers who oversee a specific aspect of Corporate (i.g. Investigations, Policy Making, Etc…). These officers will oversee their corporate officers to ensure they are following and enforcing the policies in the park as well as addressing any concerns they may see. These members will also meet with the General Manager and the Park Leadership Team when the park is not operating to the corporate standard.
Board of Executives
The Board of Executives is a board where policies made by Corporate Officers and Chief Officers will go and vote to determine if the policy becomes apart of Corporate and set down to the chain. The Board of Executives is an extremely-high role in Corporate and must ensure that Corporate is making at least two (2) policies per week to keep the park functioning.
Chairman
The Chairman is the overseer of the Board of Executives. The chairperson is responsible for overseeing the Board of Executives and overriding any Corporate Policy that is created by the Board that may seem unfair or un-necessary to the operations of the park. The Chairman is only required to be at a Board meeting during the time that a policy is becoming approved or put in effect.
Senior Vice President
The Senior Vice President is a role assigned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Senior Vice President is assigned to a specific overseeing role of Corporate or the park, depending on the needs determined by the CEO. The Senior Vice President ensures that all corporate policies are being followed through the entire chain and that any issues that arise, are resolved before getting the CEO involved. The Senior Vice President holds CEO Authority to reverse or add in Corporate Policies without meeting with the Board of Executives, however is required to notify them of the new policy so that it can pass down the chain.
Chief Executive Officer
The CEO is responsible for all aspects of Corporate and Park Safety, Policy Enforcement and daily operations of Corporate. The CEO manages most responsibilities out of the Corporate Office but on occasion, may visit the Park to ensure that policies and operations are working smoothly. Very rare will the CEO on occasion meet with Park Leadership for issues, as the CEO will pass any observations down the chain to be handled.
