Roastique has been ultimately identified to be a high-end tropical cafe corporation located in the Hawaiian Islands. We’ve situated ourselves in the islands of a tropical paradise where we always strive to be the best in terms of luxury, quality and perfection. Here at Roastique, we take pride in providing our customers with the most opulent experience possible in version four. Our management team is professionally trained to moderate our high quality facilities, verifying that your safety is always our very top priority. This current handbook contains all of the essential related information that the public community of Roastique will need to know. If you have any questions, comments or concerns; you are directed to join our public communications server for assistance.

Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is an organized document of regulations for all rank statuses, including customers and staff members, at all Roastique owned facilities. These regulations should always be upheld and failure to follow these regulations can result in moderative measures by our Management Team. Please do make note that the enforcement of these regulations is at the descretion of our administrators and their say is always final. If you believe you have been falsely banned for any particular reason, you are required to contact a General Manager or above.
[1] Trolling or purposely disturbing the official operations of the cafe is not ever permitted, and you will be given punishments by our Management Team for doing so.
[2] Exploiting is not allowed at any Roastique establishments. If any signs of exploiting are captured by one of our administrators, you will be removed from the server immediately.
[3] Your clothing choices need to be appropriate to always visit our facilities. If you have joined one of our facilities, you will be given five minutes to change. If you fail to modify your avatar within the specific amount of time given, you will be removed from the game.
[4] Any inappropriate usernames that bypass the Roblox filter are not allowed at our establishments, and you will be automatically banned. This also includes at training sessions and when applying through our Job Center.
[5] Spamming of any sort is not allowed at our facilities, especially on our group wall, and will lead to permanent measures, such as an immediate ban from all of our facilities.
[6] Any form of advertising, whether that be your Youtube channel, communications server, Roblox group etc, is not permtted and will lead to you being removed or banned from the game.
[7] Please do not make that any false accusations or reports about any other users will lead to you being banned from our server after a prompt to halt your actions.
[8] When you are at the cafe, the maximum amount of items you can order at one time is three. If you order more than that in the same order, you will be reminded that the limit is three. If you purposely continue to order more than three items, you will be given a warning.
[9] Administrators have the right to ban your alternative accounts if you rejoin on them after you have been banned rightfully on your first account for breaking any of the above rules.
[10] Utilize common sense. If you think that something you might do may not be right, or may be against the rules, don’t do it. This is a loose guide to the basic rules to be followed. Administrators have the right to ban you if we feel that you’re trying to bypass any rules, just because they are not listed on this page.
[11] Racism or discriminatory phrases/language, especially slurs of any kind is not permitted at any group facilities. This infraction will lead to an automatic and unappealable ban from all of our facilities.
[12] If you are seeking to be unbanned and desire to appeal your ban status, you are directed to contact a member of the Management Team that is a General Manager or above for guidance and assistance.
The regulations provided on this document that apply to you and your specific rank are required to be followed whilst visiting and working at any of our group facilities. Failure to follow these regulatios or attempting to bypass them will result in consequences from our management team of Roastique. Feel free to message any Staff Assistant or above about the regulations listed above if you have any questions, comments or concerns about them.

On the behalf of the Roastique Public Relations Department, we would like to respectfully thank you for being interested in forming a partnership with Roastique! Our department loves interacting with establishments and envisioning what two groups are capable of doing together as communities. To have your group partnered with Roastique, you are required to review and meet all of our general requirements (see below) and submit your application in an official Public Relations ticket. Remember that we are always seeking to build healthy relationships with other establishments as well as seeing us mutually benefit from a secure partnership.
NOTE: All of the requirements curated below are required to be met before submitting your application in a ticket. If you are seeking an exception, we request you state so within your respective ticket.
- Group is required to have at least 500 members or more.
- Discord is required to have at least 200 members or more.
- Establishment must have an active community-base.
- Group must be professional and well-rounded.
- Group must be willing to announce Roastique’s events and applications.
- Group must have active communication with our Executive Team.
- Group must have an active, professional and organized communications server.
- Group must not be selling any roles that have ranking permissions.
If you have met all of the requirements located above, congratulations! You may submit your application in a Public Relations ticket. To make your application, answer all of the questions below in an organized and professional google document and submit it in a ticket. All of the questions are required to be in order and listed in the document.
- What is the name of the group you are requesting an alliance for?
- What is your rank status in the respective establishment?
- How many members does your ROBLOX Group and Discord Server obtain?
- Provide us with your group description, slogan, etc.
- Please link your ROBLOX Group and Discord Server.
- Why would you like to apply for a partnership with Roastique?

Frequently Asked Questions
This particular section includes some of the more frequently asked questions that our management team receives from the public community of Roastique. If you locate that your question has not been answered in the assortment of questions below, feel free to contact a Staff Assistant or above for assistance.
Q1) When are training sessions hosted?
Training sessions are hosted everyday (with the exception of holidays, such as Christmas and New Years Day) at specific and particular times. Feel free to check out our Session Information tab that has all of our session times located below.
Q2) I am currenty an Awaiting Training, how do I receive an advancement?
You can receive an advancement by attending and successfully passing training sessions up to the rank of Senior Barista. Once you have reached the rank status of Senior Barista, you then need to obtain 50 points to obtain Head Barista.
Q3) I am a Head Barista, how do I receive an advancement?
You can receive an advancement by obtaining 100 points in total at version four. Once you have obtained 100 points, collect evidence and contact a Staff Coordinator for assistance. You then should be ranked to Staff Assistant and should be messaged further information in the official communications server.
Q4) I passed my training session, but I was not ranked. What do I do?
In the specific event which this may occur, you are directed to contact the staff member that passed you immediately or the oveerseer. If you cannot reach or contact them, contact a Staff Coordinator about your situation and they will look into it as quickly as possible. The best way to contact a member of the management team is via the communications server.
Q5) How do I become an Awaiting Training?
In order to become a trainee, you need to visit our Job Center and pass the application successfully. You can then start attending training sessions and shifts to commence your barista career at Roastique!
Q6) I passed the application but I was not ranked to Awaiting Training. What do I do?
In the unlikely and unfortunate circumstances that this may occur, it means that the automatic promotion bot is offline and not functioning as normal. If this does occur to you, please contact a member of the Executive Team or above to make us aware of the issue. However, due to the automatic nature of the center; you will need to wait for the bot to be back online and re-take the application.
Q7) I have safechat, can I apply for Awaiting Training?
Of course, you can! We have always permitted those with safechat to apply for Awaiting Training and to commence their wonderful journey!

Sessions Information
Here at Roastique Corporation, we host multiple training sessions (and shifts) throughout the day to allow our low ranking and management team members to rise throughout the official rank structure! So if it happens that you may miss one of our coordinated session times, please do not fret as we host multiple daily.
Training sessions are a scheduled process and the schedule will be provided below. Please do make note that the schedule is for every day of the week, including the weekend. Shifts are an unscheduled process and are hosted randomly throughout the day. If you want to be notified for a session, we ask that you refer to the channel “#role-selection” for more information.

IMPORTANT:
- In order to rise throughout the official rank structure, you are required to visit our application center today and successfully pass our awaiting training application which is open 24/7!
- The training sessions servers will unlock fifteen minutes before the official commencement of a session and will begin promptly at :00 (the hour). Therefore, be sure to be present before the training session is locked!
- Sessions may be cancelled on certain dates or times for many reasons, for example; a lack of staff or awaiting trainings, or official holidays, etc. You will be notified within the public communications server of any changes to our sessions schedule by our community-announcements channel as soon as possible!

Appeal Information
Appeals Information
This bulletin/document explains on how to appeal your permanent ban for our game facilties or our official communications server! We do not have an appeals format, so this is a loose guide to appealing and you may personalize/customize your appeals in any way that could possibly benefit you.
NOTE: Carefully read and review the points curated below before establishing your appeal message.
- For game bans, please contact a General Manager to submit your appeal. However for communications server bans, please contact a Senior Executive or above to submit your appeal.
- When you are appealing, please inform us clearly of your relevant username (communications and ROBLOX) as well as which ban you’re appealing.
- Your appeal message must be sent to one and only one of our team members.
- You are required to wait two weeks from your official ban in order to appeal. If you appeal before, it will be declined and the wait period of two weeks will be reset.
- Do not bother our team members to review your appeal, the appeals system is a lengthy process and takes up to a week to review. You should receive your results within 1-2 weeks of your appeal being submitted.
- Appeals are to be always submitted via a team members DM’s.
- If your appeal is unfortunately unsuccessful, you are required to wait three weeks in order to appeal again. Do not bother our team members or be disrespectful about it either. It is at the management and executive team members descretion whether to accept or decline your appeal or not.
- If you received multiple bans all for the same specific reason, one appeal will suffice to appeal all at once. However please do make sure you specify that you are appealing for multipe bans. However, if you have bans for a variety of reasons; you will need to submit multiple appeals for each different reason.
- For game appeals, contact a General Manager or above for any questions. For a communications server ban appeal, contact a Senior Executive or above for any questions.
What to include in your appeal:
- The reason you were banned as well as the platform.
- Why we should unban you.
- How you will change your ways if we do so.
- How you can benefit the community upon being unbanned.
You may write your official appeal in a paragraph and you may add more relative information into your appeal than this, as this is simply just a loose guide on what we expect for every meber that is appealing to include. You do not need grammar, however it is highly recommended. You may make your appeals as detailed as you wish although the usage of Artificial intelligence is not permitted and will result in your ban being unappealable. We use many different platforms to reverse-search appeals.
If your appeal has been unfortunately declined, some of the many common reasons have been provided below; including but not limited to:
- Not enough detail
- Lack of sincerity
- Not properly addressing on the issue of your ban
- Breaking regulations while your appeal is being processed or prior
- Basing your entire appeal or blaming other individuals
- Appealing before you have had actual time to improve
- Being bothersome/immature while appealing
Once your appeal has been submitted, the appropriate team will review it efficiently and professionally and you will receive a response within one to two weeks! If your appeal has been successfully appealed, your ban will be lifted however it does not restrict you from future bans/blacklists! If you are welcomed back into our facilities and continue with the same ban reason, you will be banned again and it will become unappealable. Please carefully consider your actions at Roastique within the near future. If you have any questions, comments or concerns; please contact a member of the Management Team for assistance.
