Greetings! The following list will include vital information about each roleset in Roastique and it’s responsibilities.

NO RANKS SECTION:

Premium Customer
This role is designated to new members who join our community in hopes of receiving a job throughout our application and training procedures. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Noted Customer
This rank is designated to members of our former staff team that was an Executive Director or above. These individuals are respected participants of our group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Business Partner
This rank is reserved for our affiliates of Roastique Corporation. The respective representatives of each affiliated establishment may claim this role. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Awaiting Training
This rank is distributed to the individuals who successfully pass our Application Process at our Application Facility. Trainees must train for their next rank which is Junior Barista. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

LOW RANKS SECTION:

Junior Barista
This rank is distributed to members of our Staff Team who pass their first training session at our Training Facility. This rank allows them to access our kitchen. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Senior Barista
This rank is distributed to members of our Staff Team who pass their second training session at our Training Facility. This rank allows them to access our kitchen. The members who reside in this roleset have more experience within the kitchen. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Head Barista
This rank is distrubuted to members of our Staff Team who achieve 50 points in-game for orders at the cafe. This rank allows them to access our kitchen. The members who reside in this roleset have the most experience in the Low Rank section & are dedicated to their job. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

MIDDLE RANK SECTION:

Staff Intern
This rank is for those who meet the official requirements to be a Middle Rank & is also the first Middle Rank role. Those who achieve 100 points in the cafe game can immediately receive this rank. This rank is also distributed to those who pass our Staff Assistant Applications for the internship & trial process. If you pass, you would also be ranked to Staff Assistant two weeks after your trial commenced. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Staff Assistant
This rank is the second Middle Rank role for those who pass their Staff Assistant internship, trial & training. This role is able to assist at training sessions as well as moderating the cafe servers ensuring servers are safe. This role has a maximum capacity of 30 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

Supervisor
This rank is the third Middle Rank role. This role entails the responsibilties of training & assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe servers to ensure servers are safe. This role has a maximum capacity of 25 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

Assistant Manager
This rank is the fourth & final Middle Rank role, before descending to the High Rank Team. This role entails the responsibilties of co-hosting, training, or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe servers to ensure servers are safe. This rank has a maximum capacity of 20 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

HIGH RANK SECTION:

General Manager
This rank is the first High Rank role. This rank has the responsibilities of hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe servers to ensure servers are safe. This role has has a maximum capacity of 15 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

Staff Coordinator
This rank is the second High Rank role. This rank has the responsibilities of overseering, hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe to ensure servers are safe. This role has a maximum capacity of 10 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

Executive Assistant
This rank is the third High Rank Role. This rank has the responsibilities of overseering, hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe to ensure servers are safe. This role also focuses on reading trainee applications & handling Low Rank reports & advancements all the way to Staff Coordinator. This role has a maximum capacity of 3 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

Executive Director
This rank is the fourth and final High Rank role. This rank has the responsibilities of overseering, hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe to ensure servers are safe. This role also focuses on reading trainee applications & handling Low Rank reports & advancements all the way to Staff Coordinator. This role has a maximum capacity of 2 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.

CORPORATE TEAM SECTION:

Development Team
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the first Corporate Team role. This rank is designated and reserved for programmers, builders and graphic designers of Roastique. This rank is not achievable by advancements & you can only receive this rank if appointed by the Presidential Team. This role has a maximum capacity of 5 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Corporate Team and can only be changed by the Presidential Team.

Corporate Officer
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the second Corporate Team role. This rank has the responsibilities of co-leading departments (Moderation, Public Relations or Employment) as well as running day-to-day operations and establishing executive decisions on the behalf of the Corporate Team. This rank is only attainable if a member of the Corporate Team has previously resigned and the Presidential Team has appointed someone as their replacement. This role has a maximum capacity of 3 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Corporate Team and can only be changed by the Presidential Team.

Senior Corporate Officer
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the third Corporate Team role. This rank has the responsibilities of leading departments (Moderation, Public Relations & Employment) as well as running day-to-day operations and establishing executive decisions on the behalf of the Corporate Team. This rank is only attainable if a member of a leading department resigns and the co-lead of the department is promoted to the head of the department. This also enforces the Presidential Team to seek a replacement for a Department Co-Lead. This role has a maximum capacity of 3 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Corporate Team and can only be changed by the Presidential Team.

Vice President
This rank is managed by the President and is Second in Command of Roastique. They manage & oversee the entire group operations and make decisions alongside the President & CEO of Roastique. Whenever the President is unavailable, they take the responsibilities of Group Owner. This role is the most entrusted role of the President. The maximum capacity of this role is one member. The current Vice President is marcus4er and is considered the most entrusted person to the President. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Vice President and can only be changed by the President & CEO of Roastique.

President
This role and rank is designated and reserved for jxstadqm, who is the President & CEO of Roastique. He controls and manages the entire establishment and ensures that everyone has an astounding time while visiting Roastique. He is also in-charge and lead of the Corporate & Development Team as well as oversees departments. He has owned and managed Roastique since August 24th of 2022 and has grew the establishment from 1,200 members to 2,100+ members in the span of a year. This capacity can only be exceeded if a Holder Account is made for Roastique, which has only occured once.
