Game Regulations
Whilst visiting our café, it is vital that all regulations are abided and adhered to. Without upholding our game policies, you will be subjected to punishments distributed against you . Our public policy has been provided for your understanding.
[1]: Respect must be directed to community members at all times . Failure to be respectful of other people and their boundaries will result in moderation actions.
[2]: If you are seen with any inappropriate ROBLOX usernames/display names, you will be immediately removed from our server . Depending on the severity, this may result with a ban.
[3]: Advertising/selling on our group wall is not permitted . These include: groups, games, clothing, giveaways, chainmail or anything as such. Doing this will result in a demotion of your rank or moderation sanctions against you.
[4]: Exploiting in-game or at any of our group establishments will result in an instant removal. If you join back and continue, you will receive an unappealable ban. Taking the fun out of/ruining the experience for other individuals will immediately result in disciplinary actions.
[5]: Commencing drama or framing a guest/staff member for something they didn’t commit will lead to punishments on the reporters behalf. We will not tolerate false/twisted reports or concerns that are addressed to our Management Team .
[6]: Avoiding an administrative action such as a ban by creating an alternative account and continuing to break our regulations on that account will lead to permanent measures.
[7]: Any form of trolling and being disrespectful to community members will result in a verbal warning . After the individual has received a verbal warning and continues, the user will acquire a written warning.
Our staff and management team have the permissions to distribute the necessary consequences to the users who break our community guidelines. Our High Rank Team has received the necessary permissions to ban any users who also fail to follow our community regulations as we respectfully request.

Premium Customer
This role is designated to new members who join our community in hopes of receiving a job throughout our application and training procedures. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
Noted Customer
This rank is designated to members of our former staff team that was an Executive Director or above. These individuals are respected participants of our group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
Business Partner
This rank is reserved for our affiliates of Roastique Corporation. The respective representatives of each affiliated establishment may claim this role. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
Awaiting Training
This rank is distributed to the individuals who successfully pass our Application Process at our Application Facility. Trainees must train for their next rank which is Junior Barista. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
LOW RANKS SECTION:
Junior Barista
This rank is distributed to members of our Staff Team who pass their first training session at our Training Facility. This rank allows them to access our kitchen. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
Senior Barista
This rank is distributed to members of our Staff Team who pass their second training session at our Training Facility. This rank allows them to access our kitchen. The members who reside in this roleset have more experience within the kitchen. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
Head Barista
This rank is distrubuted to members of our Staff Team who achieve 50 points in-game for orders at the cafe. This rank allows them to access our kitchen. The members who reside in this roleset have the most experience in the Low Rank section & are dedicated to their job. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
MIDDLE RANK SECTION:
Staff Intern
This rank is for those who meet the official requirements to be a Middle Rank & is also the first Middle Rank role. Those who achieve 100 points in the cafe game can immediately receive this rank. This rank is also distributed to those who pass our Staff Assistant Applications for the internship & trial process. If you pass, you would also be ranked to Staff Assistant two weeks after your trial commenced. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.
Staff Assistant
This rank is the second Middle Rank role for those who pass their Staff Assistant internship, trial & training. This role is able to assist at training sessions as well as moderating the cafe servers ensuring servers are safe. This role has a maximum capacity of 35 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
Supervisor
This rank is the third Middle Rank role. This role entails the responsibilties of training & assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe servers to ensure servers are safe. This role has a maximum capacity of 30 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
Assistant Manager
This rank is the fourth & final Middle Rank role, before descending to the High Rank Team. This role entails the responsibilties of co-hosting, training, or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe servers to ensure servers are safe. This rank has a maximum capacity of 25 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
HIGH RANK SECTION:
General Manager
This rank is the first High Rank role. This rank has the responsibilities of hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe servers to ensure servers are safe. This role has has a maximum capacity of 18 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
Staff Coordinator
This rank is the second High Rank role. This rank has the responsibilities of overseering, hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe to ensure servers are safe. This role has a maximum capacity of 15 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
Executive Assistant
This rank is the third High Rank Role. This rank has the responsibilities of overseering, hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe to ensure servers are safe. They also participate as a junior member of the Employment or Public Relations Department. This role also focuses on reading trainee applications & handling Low Rank reports & advancements all the way to Staff Coordinator. This role has a maximum capacity of 12 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
Executive Officer
This rank is the fourth and final High Rank role. This rank has the responsibilities of overseering, hosting, co-hosting, training or assisting at training sessions and moderating the cafe to ensure servers are safe. They also participate as a senior member of the Employment or Public Relations Department… This role has a maximum capacity of 4 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the High Rank Team and can only be changed by the Corporate Team.
CORPORATE TEAM SECTION:
Developer
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the first Corporate Team role. This rank is designated and reserved for programmers, builders and graphic designers of Roastique. This rank is not achievable by advancements & you can only receive this rank if appointed by the Presidential Team. This role has a maximum capacity of 5 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Corporate Team and can only be changed by the Presidential Team.
Chief Moderation Officer
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the second Executive Board role. This rank has the responsibilities of leading the Roastique Moderation Department, as well as running day-to-day operations and establishing executive decisions on the behalf of the Executive Board. This rank is only attainable if a member of the Moderation Department Leadership Team has previously resigned and the Presidential Team has appointed someone as their replacement. This role has a maximum capacity of 3 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Executive Board and can only be modified by the Roastique Presidential Team.
Chief Relations Officer
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the third Executive Board role. This rank has the responsibilities of leading the Roastique Public Relations Department, as well as running day-to-day operations and establishing executive decisions on the behalf of the Executive Board. This rank is only attainable if a member of the Public Relations Department Leadership Team has previously resigned and the Presidential Team has appointed someone as their replacement. This role has a maximum capacity of 3 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Corporate Team and can only be modified by the Roastique Presidential Team.
Chief Employment Officer
This rank is managed by the President & Vice President of Roastique and is the fourth Executive Board role. This rank has the responsibilities of leading the Roastique Employment Department, as well as running day-to-day operations and establishing executive decisions on the behalf of the Executive Board. This rank is only attainable if a member of the Employment Department Leadership Team has previously resigned and the Presidential Team has appointed someone as their replacement. This role has a maximum capacity of 3 members. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Executive Board and can only be modified by the Roastique Presidential Team.
Vice President
This rank is managed by the President and is Second in Command of Roastique. They manage & oversee the entire group operations and make decisions alongside the President & CEO of Roastique. Whenever the President is unavailable, they take the responsibilities of Group Owner. This role is the most entrusted role of the President. The maximum capacity of this role is one member. The current Vice President is marcus4er and is considered the most entrusted person to the President. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the Vice President and can only be changed by the President & CEO of Roastique.
President
This role and rank is designated and reserved for jxstadqm, who is the President & CEO of Roastique. He controls and manages the entire establishment and ensures that everyone has an astounding time while visiting Roastique. He is also in-charge and lead of the Executive Board & Development Team as well as oversees departments. He has owned and managed Roastique since August 26th of 2022 and has grew the establishment from 1,200 members to 3,100+ members in the span of a year. This capacity can only be exceeded if a Holder Account is made for Roastique, which has only occured once.

Training Information
At Roastique, you may become a staff member after applying for Trainee by attending a scheduled and coordinated training session which are held at the Training Center. Only Awaiting Trainings & Junior Barista ranks will be permitted to train for the next rank. Senior & Head Barista are required to earn points in the cafe to be promoted to their next rank.

In order to maintain activity, communication and successful operations here at the Roastique, our Executive Board has published and provided three departments at our community. The purpose of each individual department is to assist with our public and staff operations and the experience and effect of our general and public community. Each consecutive and respective department will be displayed and provided below for your assistance.
Moderation Department
— Objective: The Moderation Department is responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment such as a communications server for our community. The Moderation Department superintends to keeping our ROBLOX facilities and communications server safe and away from community rule-breakers. They conduct moderation punishments in situations where needed and ensure all community members stay safe and enjoy their time throughout our facilities. The Moderation Department is mainly present for your safety, but if they can do anything to enhance your experience; please feel free to open a ticket and let them know.
Public Relations Department
— Objective: The Public Relations Department is responsible for hosting community events to increase community activity overall. They are also responsible for sustaining the reputation and relationships towards affiliates. The Public Relations Department hosts game-nights as well as server-wide events such as spirit weeks often. By hosting regular events and affiliate visits or event collaborations, this brings us closer as a community; granting opportunities beyond Roastique.
Employment Department
— Objective: The Employment Department here at Roastique and community are responsible for administrating moderative punishments such as staff warnings and strikes and coming to terms of certain appeal voting, staff advancements and demotions, Middle and High Rank team management as well as managing the vast majority of submitted inactivity notices. This department is a crucial fragment to the group and community and administrative authority would not be possible without them at any given time.

How do I work in a department?
To work in a department, the simplest option is to apply . Your application will be reviewed by the directory of departments and they will come to terms of your application status. Upon passing, you will be greeted with your departmental duties and training.
How do I rank up at training sessions?
Ranks Trainee are eligible to attend a training session and obtain an advancement through passing . As a trainee, you can pick to train for a staff role; you will need to attend a scheduled training session to receive an advancement.
When are sessions hosted?
Trainings and Interview sessions are a scheduled process and are announced whenever a member of the HR+ team is available to host at a scheduled session time. They take place at designated and coordinated times, you may see the session schedule in our #sessions channel within our communications server.
Can I have safe-chat and be apart of the Management Team?
To be a member of the MR+ team, safe-chat is not prohibited. However, that changes whenever you become a member of the High Rank Team. Once you depart from the Middle Rank Team, safechat is no longer permitted to allow more communication.

At Roastique, we attain a variety of regulations and standards to be maintained when establishing an affiliation with us. Unfortunately we will not affiliate with just anyone; your community must be following the specific requirements and standards we acquire for a successful affiliation here at Roastique Community. While we expect you to meet all of our requirements, we do permit a member requirement exception if you have just around 50-60 members below it and are rapidly growing. The expectations and requirements are high and you are expected to meet the following requirements in order to submit your application:
Pre-application Requirements
• Must attain a good-standing reputation within the Roblox & Discord community
• Must attain 500+ non-botted members in the Roblox group community
• Must attain 100 non-botted members in the Discord server community
• Must maintain professionalism at all times throughout operation
• Must provide original and published games, clothing, designs, etc
• Must provide 2 representatives in our Discord server
• Must follow the Roblox Terms of Service as-well-as our group guidelines
• Must maintain a sufficient amount of activity and demand at all times of operation
Affiliate Standards
The criteria below are the requirements we anticipate your unique establishment to provide throughout the affiliation with Roastique and community. If the standards are not met and your group no-longer exceeds with our regulations, it’s likely an awareness notice/ warning will be issued to the affiliated group .

Please be aware that not always will applications be accepted despite meeting the set requirements and regulations that are present. Your application is required to contain proper grammar, punctuation and spelling , in addition; you are required to include as much detail as possible. Your application must be submitted to a member of the Public Relations Department for evaluation and review. This process can take up to 96 hours for a full-reviewal and analysis. Your patience will be requested for during this time.

Community Appeal Information
If you’ve ever sustained any particular moderation actions in terms of a staff or department termination, blacklist, communications warning or termination; you are welcome to appeal your infraction in order to attain a clean moderative reputation . Our appeal process has been provided and displayed below; if you have any concerns/inquiries in regards to appealing, you are expected to contact a member of the Roastique Community Employment Department or Executive Board for immediate and complementary assistance. .
Within your appeal, it’s fundamental to ensure that you include all of the necessary and vital factors regarding your moderation infraction for our team to have a better understanding as to why the demotion/blacklist has occurred. Leaving out vital and necessary information in regards to your appeal enforces it to be significantly more difficult for members of the Employment or Moderation Department and Executive Board to look into the situation.
• Appeals are submitted through a google form . In order to receive and attain the form, it’s essential you’re a member of the Roastique Community Communications Server. If you have been blacklisted from the server, have a friend or somebody join the server and provide you the appeal link.
• Send your appeal and respond to the given and provided inquiries you are provided and presented with. In your responses, it’s notably vital and necessary to understand that including vast amounts of detail and using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling certainly heightens your chance of appeal acceptance.
