Roblox account data that support sees is different from the data I see on my account(in terms of email and etc)

Hi everyone, recently my account was hacked but that’s not what this post will be about.
I have contacted support many times, but they are trying to assure me that I do not have mail attached to my account, although I did not change it during the hack, no one untied it. The bug (maybe, maybe not) is that they see completely different information about my account and that I have never made a purchase, email is not tied to my account etc.
I decided to attach proof(for the staff) to this post.
Accordingly, if they do not verify that I am the owner no one will return my lost items to me.
I realize that this topic is very possibly a Bug Report, but I don’t know if it’s a technical error, my mistake, or support just doesn’t want to help. This is the only option that will probably help me. Thank you!

I can show you what I wrote to them a bunch of times and not only in (Account hacked or cant log in).

Expected behavior

I would like to get an answer as to why support claims that I have no transactions, no linked email to the account and nothing that is submitted to verification, although it is not true

Yes, I saw it, but there was no email change, roman maybe I seem stupid, but I only one thing I do not understand is that the notification of security as if unlinks the mail from the account, but I do not see it?

It’s just then how do I prove I’m the owner? I don’t even know what to do now. I just hope staff can help.
