Ok I don’t know if you tried this yet but if u bought robux on a device (an iPad in my case , why my sister was hacked) and send them the like receipt of the purchase or like a picture of the purchase.
Also once u get the account back you just tell them how much you lost and they will give it back
Thank you for your reply! I’ve already tried to send screenshots of my purchase history, and lots of different screenshots, but they usually said they couldn’t confirm ownership of the account or account. if I can prove to them that I am the owner, then I can restore my robux.
The only option left is to write to the Report Bug section, usually staff always responds there. I decided to do that because of the support:
ignores my 2 replies (basically doesn’t want to communicate).
information about my account is different, support sees one thing I see another (let’s say I believe them and they really can’t help me).
Nine days left to return the Robux and I don’t think it can get any worse, Sheriff what do you think?

Well, that the information I have about my account is different from theirs (I have verified email, but support says otherwise) and that they ignore me (my reporting emails) although the tickets are not closed and in general according to their Terms of Use policy they can’t do that

if it didnt work, then you have a one last solution, which is dialing their customer support number on 888-858-2569 and leaving them a voice message.
i recommend doing both solution at the same time because you have a couple days only left

because imagine if you waited for 10 days just to get a negative response from them, you lost everything

As you may have noticed it took me ~23 days to get robux back, during this time I managed to send about 45 tickets or even more to support on different topics (like Data Privacy etc…).
Special thanks to @MrSheriff_RBLX and @Rik50100 (an acquaintance) they tried to help me throughout most of the ticket
And so that you do not have to read all almost 70 posts, I will summarize everything in a nutshell:
It is important all actions must be done within 30 days after hacking!!!
● The conditions under which I solved this problem:
The account had an e-mail account
I had 2-step authentication
At the time of the hack, the e-mail was not unhooked
Mail automatically in the system itself untied the security alert (I was not visible)
I’ve never been hacked before
● How I solved it
I reset the password through the mail
Write to support with a request to roll back the mail change (explain that you were hacked and with the help of a security alert unlinked the original mail)
Support will remove two-step authentication (if you can’t log into your account) and inform you that your account is protected by your email address
You will need to send a screenshot from My Transaction in JPG format (attach the photo to the letter, not paste it into the letter itself!!!).
Waiting for a reply that you have been refunded robux or items
Support does not recover stolen pets and etc, only ugc or robux in games!

Of course every hack is different and I can’t guarantee that this will work the same way it did for me
With a great chance I was hacked by JavaScript stealing a cookie (extension or tab) although I know a popular scheme to cheat with a type of copying place!
And remember friends the main thing is never and never tell anyone the data from the account, never do anything in the browser console (do not paste anything, do not copy especially your cookies), always close tabs with roblox and better do everything from the entire test account.
Warning, No matter the circumstances, NEVER share your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie with anybody. It is a scam, and with the cookie they will be able to bypass 2-Step Verification (if enabled) and steal your account easily.
The hash used by the .ROBLOSECURITY cookie is permanent, but can be changed by logging off and logging back into the account. Users who gave away their .ROBLOSECURITY must immediately click the “Sign out of all other sessions” button, located in their Roblox settings page. Doing this will reset their .ROBLOSECURITY cookie and make the old one unusable.
When you copy any cookie, you may see a comment like this:
