Well, yesterday at around 2 pm when I saw that 7k Robux were used for buying a “shirt” of same amount, I know something had happened.
I saw that someone is logged into my account in Ukraine, even though I had 2FA enabled via authenticator. Roblox didn’t care to inform about a login from Ukraine through emails.
I contacted Roblox Support and they seem not to reply, only an automated that “your ticket is still in queue, be patient.”
Isn’t it Roblox’s duty to make sure to atleast mark the unusual activity sign if a login was there from Ukraine, when under account settings, it states India.
As far as I read in TOS, they removed the “one time courtesy” clause and added “abided by law”. I texted them all the laws from India related to the theft.
This was last happened to me in late 2020, when I was very new to Roblox. And the new 2FA authenticator released in late 2021.
The forum has seen this question asked more than 20 tikes in the last 2-3 years, and it always has the same response. Contact Roblox Support. We can’t do anything. Secure your ccount and EMail.
Sounds like OP’s account was pretty secure to me. This looks like a genuine hack. Seems like whoever is behind the “yarik_mama45” account is responsible. I’d say Roblox will reply soon, probably on Monday cos it’s also the weekend rn.
