Roblox Actively Removing Verification Methods and Denying Support

This is a formal report regarding a widespread issue affecting numerous Roblox users, particularly those with newer accounts, where email addresses are being removed from accounts. As a result, users are unable to log in, and more critically, cannot send password reset links via email. This is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a broader, systemic problem affecting many in the community.

In my case, this issue has directly resulted in loss of access to monetized UGC groups, effectively cutting off income and business operations tied to Roblox’s platform. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this through standard support channels. However:

This has become more than a technical inconvenience — it is now a barrier to access and revenue for developers and creators.

If this matter is not urgently investigated and resolved, I do not know what other option I have but to pursue legal action, as Roblox is effectively holding monetized accounts hostage by denying access and not providing working recovery options.

Please escalate this to a human agent who can take real action. I am willing to provide any verification necessary to prove ownership of the affected account(s) and regain access.

Expected behavior

What I expect to happen:

  • Verification methods such as email should not be removed from accounts — especially without notice or consent. These are essential for account recovery and security.

  • Roblox Support should be capable of understanding why this is a serious problem. Removing verification blocks users from accessing their accounts, recovering lost credentials, and managing monetized content like UGC groups. It puts creators’ livelihoods at risk.

Staff, stop marking these posts as “fixed”, this issue is obviously NOT fixed if the only template that someone has that somewhat works in resolving this issue is repeatedly denied by support.

Having the same issue. Hopefully support starts to understand

I had this issue originally when I created my account. After 3-4 support tickets they finally understood, but I can imagine this process is hell for others still dealing with this.

I guess I got lucky because support agents actually worked really well when this happened to me a week or two ago. I explained my situation in detail, linked the bug report, and they immediately restored my account.

This issue is still not fixed, again, stop marking this issue as fixed. I have tried to contact support on multiple occasions, to which they state there is not enough information.

Is there going to be any update to this? This is still not fixed (though the post neglectedly states it has been.) Can we seek any resolution to this problem? Seemingly thousands of accounts are having emails removed unexpectedly without any outlet to resolve this problem.

Update; I have received access to the accounts affected by this issue, but support should still have a reasonable means as for users to access support for this problem.
