I tried making an ad with real money, but the ad got 0 impressions. I didn’t really care because it didn’t take my money. Then I bought 10 ad credits, and spent it on the same ad, but the same happened. I got 0 help when I texted roblox support.

Ok, I have never used the new and revised ad manager to run ads with credits, but I used to run ads with Robux when there were banner ads. And usually 10 robux would barely get any impressions or clicks. I think the amount your running may be too low.
There’s a difference between 10 robux and 10 ad credits

When did this start happening? I also noticed that my ads pretty much stopped gaining impressions yesterday, but I can’t tell if it’s just the numbers not updating since I recently started getting home recommendations, and can’t tell where players are coming from.
It probably that you have an ad blocker on, you should try turning it off
How much time did it take to you get home recommended?
