Roblox Ads Manager - Cannot Sponsor the Visits Campaign

hi!

I was planning to sponsor my experience on Roblox but for some reason I can’t select Visits? This is my first time using ad manager, ive opened it before but not bought anything and i’ve had the option for visits before.

The option is disabled and i cant click it . Its been like this for like 2 weeks now.

and there is these errors when i open f12

Hi,

I have checked the issue. It seems like you have too many experiences so the API got timeout for https://apis.roblox.com/ads-management-api/v1/universes . I have increased the timeout for the API. Please try again and let me know if you can use Visit now.
