Roblox Ads Manager Consumed 80-90% of my credits in first 5-10 minutes

I just recently published a new campaign on the Roblox Ads Manager and I noticed a sudden surge of players but also noticed that about 80-90% of my Credits have already been used for some reason even though I am currently running the advertisement through a 24 hour period for 4-5 days.

Expected behavior

I expect that the 15 or so credits I put into the Ad manager get evenly distributed throughout the day and not spent all instantly in first 5-10 minutes then drip-feed the remaining 2 credits for 23 hours 55 minutes.
