I have just sponsored my Roblox Game for 10 AD Credits and so far have disappointing results, I’m not to sure if it takes time but 2,800R$ down the drain huh?

It generally takes a little bit of time.
Remember, you only get billed for what it actually uses, so based on your screenshot the amount used was 0 ad credits, so you still have 10 left for other campaigns. (although I assume that some have been used up since you made the post)
