Roblox ai documentation and autocomplete translation messed up

Hello, this is a bug that I’ve been noticing for a long time in Roblox, but now that they’ve added these translations to the studio’s autocomplete, it’s very difficult to understand what it does due to this messy translation.

My studio, my Roblox, and the documentation are set to Brazilian Portuguese, but the autocomplete and documentation texts appear in Spanish, and in rare cases it’s possible to find some text in Portuguese.

Not to mention the fact that some of these translations made by the AI are completely bugged, combining about 3 languages into one (as seen in the image)

It was supposed to be in Portuguese:

Expected behavior

All texts in the documentation and autocomplete in Brazilian Portuguese

Hi @Regisgames331,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have someone looking into this, and a fix is on the way.

Thanks!

Hi @Regisgames331, thank you for reporting this issue. We’ve updated the translation for the website reference page you linked: LuaGlobals documentation (Portuguese).

Regarding the incorrect languages appearing in Studio’s autocomplete (e.g. Spanish or Chinese instead of Portuguese), we’ve identified this as part of a broader localization issue. A fix is scheduled for an upcoming Studio release, and we’re working to ensure that autocomplete suggestions display in the correct language according to your settings.

We appreciate your patience and your help in bringing this to our attention. If you notice any other incorrect translations or behavior, please feel free to share more details with us.
