I am trying to gain access back to one of my old accounts I made as a child since it still has robux on it. The roblox support ai can’t verify ownership even if I am providing all the proof I have. I mentioned things like robux and website purchases, still it can’t verify ownership. What proof do I need to provide for the ai to work? PLEASE HELP ME.
First of all, they’re not AI. They’re actual Roblox employees, but they just use templates to reply to emails.
They can’t verify your ownership of the account because your account doesn’t have an email associated with it. If you don’t have an email, you can’t really do anything to gain access to your account.

Contacting roblox support via hacked account now most times redirects to a AI with no option to a human (it just opens a AI chatbox instead of making a ticket)
I tested it and if the email is changed then it just doesn’t help you (I tried 3 times in a row)
Ofcourse normal roblox support did help within 20 minutes (Even tho they forgot to replace “insert username”
I did test this and confirm that it is completely useless and you have no option to get to a human and also asking doesn’t work
Even if you are contacting from the first verified email, after you say 1 word it will just say he doesnt have enough proof and will just close the chat
Normal roblox support didnt reply to me I didnt even get the basic auto email they send, is there really nothing I can do because I have very fond memories on the account

Roblox doesnt file a ticket if your talking to a AI
I tested it before and you need to try multiplie times for a actual ticket to open

Yes, there’s nothing you can do. Their only method of ‘proving ownership’ is by checking the email associated with your Roblox account. That’s why they always sent you this message whenever you logged out of your account.
And you, of course, always used to skip this step whenever you logged out, which means you ALWAYS accepted the risk of losing your account, Robux, game progress, items and everything in it.
They will definitely not help you because you already accepted the risk of losing the account by not adding an email to it. They’re not responsible for this.
Cut your losses and move on.
I was a child at the time and probably overlooked it but I do have the email for robux purchase that should work as I have gained access to main account with that before 2fa
Is there a way to get a human?? I lost access to my alt account and the ai has been no help.

Yes I am using the original email. I submitted request on support and keep getting the useless ai…
If I understood your problem correctly, you should be able to get access to your account by resetting your password.
If you’re 100% sure that you’re still using the original email associated with your alt account, and that the email hasn’t been changed, you can reset your password by going to roblox.com, clicking on Forgot Password or Username?, then enter the original email.
If you linked more than one account to this email, you should get a list of your accounts linked to it. Choose the account you want to reset its password.
You should get a message on your email to reset your password and get access into your account.
The account email has been changed. The account is compromised. I was able to get a ticket with roblox support but they said they cant verify ownership even know this is the original email.
On the revert account email i tried that but its wanting the auth code which the other person has im assuming since i never put one on the account (no idea why its asking for this??)
Is it the roblox AI? Because if it is, then you can’t rely on it AT ALL.

When it finally submitted a ticket i got the same answer even know im using the original email.
