Clicking the ‘+’ button to add tracks still won’t add any animation tracks. The rig seems fine and can still be animated, but none of the tracks are actually visible.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Same thing has happened to me I think this is a bug ask one of admins 
Nothing In animation is working so i guess some lag or bug
