Hello, my alternate account was deleted due to false fake Intellectual Property (IP) Violation on 14 November 2024, I am contacted to appeals team to reinstate my account back, but they said 30 day passed and its not eligible to reopened.

I’m not sure about the context, but specifically when a DMCA is involved, you can try sending a counter-notice besides the appeal. It’s already mentioned in the moderator note.
Disregard my previous response. Have you tried messaging them back stating your situation? This might just be a simple mistake of the team member who reviewed your appeal.
Yesz i sended counter-notice and he was reinstated my asset due to retraction request.
They said: "Hello there,
We’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry. We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time."
unless you are still banned. this isnt gonna work.
You could try sending them this if all else fails (the language in the ban image seems to be turkish. so the message is adjusted to turkish
