This game is going to be a 3D side view tower defense game with roblox charaters and this game will use roblox as its main part like characters maybe places.

What needs to be done? Is there time-frames in which you expect areas to be complete? Do you have a marketing strategy?
Also word of advice - I’ve noticed people tend to be more interested when there is payment as opposed to % - because if the game fails that means they’ve wasted their time and effort and got nothing back from it.
I’ll have to agree with @RewrittenCode here, you may want to have an upfront payment plan that’s low followed by a percentage after the fact so regardless of whether or not the game does well, the developers were paid, maybe not in how big they’d like it but still were able to receive some return.
