For the past few days I’ve been having issues with audio and freezing on Roblox.
It’s been happening across a variety of different Roblox experiences, with no audio changes or lag on the machine I’m playing on.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to minimal effect.
13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900K, CPU usage and memory not unusually high.
Hasn’t caused any issues historically, seems to have started around the same time as the 731 release.
Hey @CmeRuler – could you clarify what you mean by freezing? Does only the audio stream freeze/stutter, or the entire game engine?
Any videos of the phenomenon would be helpful; it would also help to know when you first started observing this – from there we can look into it

Sometimes just the audio freezes; sometimes the entire game engine does.
I’ve attached a video below showing some from earlier this morning.
It seems to (temporarily) solve when uninstalling and reinstalling the Roblox Game Client, but it goes back sometime afterwards.
First noticed it on 25/07/26.
