Roblox Banned Game For Blood Spray/Head Chop Effect. Need graphic advice

My game was just taken down by Roblox after I put my AD Credits on it for “Violent Content and Gore”. I want help on understanding if the graphics about my game need to be changed

  1. Roblox banned my game for this: (this is with blood spray removed after the ban)
    Head Chop Effect
    But other games like this: VERTIGO - Roblox
    have worse blood spray and blood effects

  2. I’ve tried to send a support message to roblox and remove the blood spray but this is urgent as my ads are running on this game.

If I can I would even lock this game to 13+ but many gore games on roblox with worse effects are for ages 9 and up so I’m confused on why my games being targeted for its effects. Any suggestions?

It’s not very realistic, so I wouldn’t think it should count it as ‘bad’.

I guess the best thing to do would be to pray that you get an actual answer from support, and keep trying. Unless you can disable ads or something (idk, I’m not familiar with how they work) there isn’t much else you can do. Maybe just temporarily remove it if it isn’t a main feature or something until support gets back.
