Sorry for the length of this message, but I need serious help. A few days ago, a very big and important group (I don’t know if I can say the name) reported my game after almost a year of activity and about 3.5M visits, and for that it was banned. According to Roblox and this group, my game (a very normal simulator like so many others) violates their intellectual property since it contained the words “Pet Simulator” in the name (full name at the time of the ban: [] Brawl Stars Pet Simulator).
Now, leaving aside to the fact that my game is already based on the characters of the famous Brawl Stars game by Supercell (mobile game development house), I fully think that this ban is more than unfair, caused only by the desire of this group (by the way I think they are also patners of Roblox, something like that) to exploit their huge image to knock down some small insignificant developer. The game has nothing to do with the group’s original games; it just takes up the classic pet and egg mechanics that all games have now.
The purpose of this post is not only to ask for help on how to proceed to try to get the game back but also to understand whether or not my disappointment is fair. Not because it is important to get it back, since it had 400 players to the game scarce, but rather because it is the fruit of months of work and considerable amounts of money.
I wanted to start, by reasoning about my case, a discussion about the review of DMCA applications. Several hours ago I did in fact write to the email to challenge the ban request and was responded to in record time (not even three hours later). I was outraged by the response; I think I was strongly mocked. Such a response is unthinkable. I wrote in the most cordial way possible expressing solid points in defense of my game, I was willing to deal with and discuss this ban through removal of the affected elements. I also asked for further details as to what the problems with the game were.
The response I received was very harsh and severe, accusing me as if I had committed who knows what crime, even threatening to ban my account if I responded. The most upsetting thing is that it occurs to me that Roblox basically gave me no chance to resume my game solely because the person who reported me is THAT GROUP. I leave it to your free interpretation, only the fact remains that I am embarrassed by how they treated me.
Preston has started to DMCA claim many games for their use of Pet Simulator/BIG Games LLC IP AND games that contain block pets, claiming both to be protected trademarks of the BIG Games LLC. Current games affected (that I have found) are the following: Axolotl Tycoon, Chest Simulator, Tree Chop Simulator. If you find more, comment them below and I will add them to this list.
The response is just a generic response moderators (really have to wonder if you are actually talking to someone with roblox…) can pick to not have to write out long answers. The threat isn’t if you respond, it’s simply if you keep using copyrighted material. I encourage you to respond and send multiple appeals. However, considering who filled the dmca, good luck. Roblox loves their money making machine
I would love to see the trademark or copyright filings for block-based pets, cause this could be a genuine small claims court case if there is no documents to back this supposed copyright infringement.
It’s funny that my game doesn’t even have classic block pets. The game has Brawl Stars brawlers, so the character models themselves (yes I know, it’s not cool to steal the original models but I wasn’t very careful about copyright when I thought about it)

thats happened a lot. he keeps taking a game down with dmca for simply existing. doesnt even contain any of his stuff. pretty sure hes false reporting the devs too
just be glad you didnt make an engineering game cause you wouldve gotten 87 dmcas within the last 5 minutes for having a blade of base roblox grass in it
me and like 8+ other people have reported him and went to support/reddit to nothing or to have him delete the posts
