Roblox Classic Head loads in a different Head in Game and on Website

Reproduction Steps
Game: Go to Studio > Game Settings > Avatar > Head and enter the ID of the Roblox Classic Head (2432102561), make sure that R15 is enabled. When you click play it will load in a different head with a neck and not the Classic Head.

Website: Go to the link of the Head (Roblox Classic Head - Roblox) and click try on, and it will display a different head.

Browser Version: Google Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99

Expected Behavior
I expect the desired head model to be applied to the HumanoidDescription of every joining player.

Actual Behavior
It does not apply the desired head mesh. This is also displayed on the website.
