If an Oculus audio input device is selected i am unable to use TeleportService in any game without my client closing itself in the process. I am able to reproduce this 100% of the time.
Repro:
- Enable Voice Chat in site settings
- Disconnect any VR headsets from your computer
- Enter a game that uses TeleportService (e.g. Vesteria, Neon Knights)
- Set Input Device to “Headset Microphone (Oculus Virtual Audio Device)”
- Attempt to teleport
In order to get the Oculus input device you may need to install the Oculus app or connect your Meta Quest headset to your PC.
Input devices that crash:
- Headset Microphone (Oculus Virtual Audio Device)
Input devices that don’t crash:
- VoiceMeeter Output (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO)
- CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)
- Microphone (Virtual Desktop Audio)
- Microphone (Steam Streaming Microphone)
