A ticket was filed, but to begin the investigation, we need more information about it.

Is this issue still happening at your end?
I’ve noticed a similar issue in another thread, and here’s how it got resolved.

UPDATE: I tried changing it to Vulkan and it works now, maybe because i have AMD video card but regardless i think Future lighting shouldn’t be limited depending on the device, if it lags they can just decrease render level or change lighting to ShadowMap/Voxel instead.
