I recently downloaded the Roblox client from the Microsoft Store, but I’m encountering an issue during the login process. The client seems to get stuck at the account verification stage, preventing me from logging in successfully.
I’ve tried reinstalling the client and clearing cache, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and can provide any solutions or suggestions?

Assuming you have a mobile device, you can log in by using an authenticator app. Log into Roblox on the website. Navigate to Security. Then, set up “Authenticator App (Very Secure)”. Complete the required steps to set up the authenticator app, and then you can log into Roblox using the 6-digit code generated by it.
