Roblox Client & Microsoft app wont launch / crash immediately

So, my roblox client app wont launch same as microsoft version, for roblox studio its works fine.
while my another device (laptop) is works fine.

tried reinstalling, clear cache, restart pc, use vpn, etc… still nope.

Expected behavior

should be working fine, bc my another device (laptop) is works fine

hey, after uninstalling some defaults apps from msi, it finally worked.
(intel extreme tuning, aida extreme, cpu-z msi & some microsoft apps)
