Roblox Clients Crashing

  1. The issue I am having is Roblox clients crashing and displaying the Roblox crash error message when I attempt to join them or randomly while playing.
  2. This bug does not happen 100% of the time and started happening today.
  3. I have received community reports of players crashing in multiple games and experienced it personally in Elemental Battlegrounds (thought to be because of the frequently updating parts for custom effects such as explosions).

Anyone else experiencing this?

Client shuts down when tool equipped during respawn

Yeah, I was playing phantom forces and I get the “oops, roblox has to shutdown” popup. The game doesn’t actually shutdown and I’m left with lag after that happens forcing me to join the game again. This has happened almost 6 times today.

This should be fixed as of ~1 hour ago.
