Roblox content is not loading, unable to access experiences/user profiles properly

Many things on the Roblox website are not loading for me, as well as the Roblox App and Roblox Studio. I am able to navigate through the website, however joining games, loading profiles, assets etc. all are not possible. This happens on my PC, but not on my phone, laptop or iPad. All of my devices are connected to the same network, but only my PC doesn’t load the content. I have tried different networks and different browsers. The only thing I have seen that helps is using HotspotShield VPN, but only temporarily. After a while the same issue occurs and content does
n’t load again. Using NordVPN didn’t help at all. I have turned off my firewall even, but that wasn’t helpful either.
