Hello, my account got deleted 1-2 weeks ago due to IP Violation, my asset was reopened upon the complainant’s retraction request.
But my account was stuck at terminated, i tried to send a appeal from Roblox Support but I still haven’t gotten a response in 1–2 weeks, (already not got response) and i contacted to copyright_agent@roblox.com for appeal my account but since my account was previously stolen and I recovered my account while it was banned, customer support linked the account to my email address again and status it as Pending Verification. (I cant verify my e-mail while i was terminated).
I got this response from agents:
I think i stuck at the termination and account is a permanently stay in terminated status. R.I.P 2019-2025
i dont know why Roblox is added copyright agents to review our appeals, do we have to remain helpless? I’ve never seen them really care about anyone. wrong auto reject messages etc.
The automation systems they make are generally bad. They put a few Indian admins in the moderation or appeals or copyright agents team.
I think it would be better if ChatGPT did the automation systems Roblox has created.
If you fix this appeal rejection problem, I would like to send an appeal to open my account, dear Roblox Admins
